A mastermind is a group of ambitious, determined individuals who are coming together to support each other in achieving challenging goals.
How? By committing to sharing generously with each other, letting go of "hierarchy" and coming together to both teach and learn.
Thomas Edison, Henry Ford, Harvey Firestone and Warren G. Harding had a mastermind like this: each of these power-houses brought their unique insights and perspectives, which helped the others see things they couldn't see on their own, pushing their minds in new directions.
